I'm Here!!!

My name is Alexis Grace, but everyone calls me Lexi.  I finally decided to join the world and put poor Mom out of her misery on Sunday, November 23 at 10:38 pm.  I weighed 8 lbs, 1 oz and was 20 inches long.  I wasn't in near the hurry that Kayla was so Mom had plenty of time to get an epidural.  She said she would never do it without one again!  Mom and I are both doing well and I look forward to all of you getting to watch me grow!

Big Shoes to Fill

As most of you know I'm pretty obsessed with shoes so I decided to try on Dad's. I was actually able to move around pretty well in them. I think it's only a matter of time until I can talk Mom and Dad into getting me my first pair of high heels!

Me and "B"

Ever since I took my baby's clothes off and found out she has a belly button we have been inseparable. The poor thing rarely has clothes on so I can look at her belly b any time I want to. She has also been added to the bed time necessities. For a while I just called her "B", but now I'm getting much better at actually saying the word baby. Here are a few pics of us having fun at the park together.

Poor Sophie!

Grammy J came to see us this weekend and she brought me some Halloween stickers. One is never enough - I have to get them all off the sheet. I stuck a couple on myself then thought it would be a good idea to put them all on Mom's big tummy. Somehow I got the idea that "Sis" also needed to wear some stickers and the poor thing ended up with all of them on her. She was actually pretty patient about it which really surprised Mom. Doesn't she look great!

Trick or Treat!!!

Look how happy I am in my bee costume! You wouldn't believe what poor Mom had to go through to get it on me. Once it was on I still cried so Mom did what any good parent would do - bribed me with a cookie! It worked like a charm and I wore the bee without complaints the rest of the morning. We went to a Halloween party with our Mommies group and you wouldn't believe how many kids were there! Mom will have to get a picture and post it so you can imagine the chaos. I really enjoy dancing now so that's what I'm doing in the first picture in case you can't tell. On the way home we stopped by to see Daddy at work since it was on the way and I had the costume on. (Mom wasn't sure she would be able to pull it off again.) I didn't go trick-or-treating because Mom totally lost her voice, but my nice neighbors brought me treats anyway! Happy Halloween!
